My Coaching Process

I design the monitoring process individually according to the Situation. I work in a structured, efficient, and customer- and goal oriented fashion. It is important to me that the conversations are always at eye level and appropriate.

In the first interview, you have already indicated, what iyour issues are. If you contact me, I will first inform you about the General conditions, before we dive into the conversation. The duty of confidentiality, the time frame and our financial agreements.

Also, I'm going to give you my role as a Company Mentor explain in more detail. By asking specific questions in the interview I would like to assist you to define your purpose and develop a solution.

In the further process, it's about to open a wide spectrum of possibilities, so that you can expand your focus to illuminate as many versions as possible. In this Phase, I like to work "Tools and methods" to assist you in finding your solution. Once you have found it, the next steps will be to define and implement the detailed measures to be taken.

It may be that your solution is not in a single Coaching Conversation work out. In this case, we can revisit the issue in a subsequent session, you may receive tasks to support the process. At the end of the session, I'm going to reflect with you on the call and the accompanying process evaluation. 

My post-processing and dossier management

While the documents, and notes created during our cooperation are carefully and securely stored. In the end, you will have the opportunity to have their documents to take with you, or I can send you a photo log. Should you wish to not keep, they will be destroyed, of course. Upon request, I will also create a monitoring detection, which includes a brief summary of the conversation.
