My Understanding of Coaching
My accompaniment understanding is based on the fact that the man in the center. It is important for me, a successful and trusting relationship, which is why a preliminary discussion and open communication are crucial. I guarantee you that during the entire monitoring process, the highest level of confidentiality is maintained both during and after.
As a Company Mentor I accompany and support you on your way primary in the role of Coach.. I'll keep the red thread in the Hand and guide you with specific questions through the process.
I am happy to support you as Advisor/Counselor, if you wish to have the. Through my life and work experience, I can take on a variety of topics with sensitivity and with competence. If it is helpful, I will take on the role of a Trainer. In this function, I declare methods, procedures and specific tasks mindfully and understandable, so that you can find a good deal.
Your situation has a direct impact on the way that I combine interval and work. My professional attitude as a Company Mentor is of Central importance. In the accompaniment, I place great value on respect, impartiality, and a value-free stance towards them and their concerns.
As Your Coach. it is important to me that we work together on your goals, without that, I give unsolicited advice or solutions serving. So we create a space in which you can learn and grow. I'm of the Belief that a positive attitude to changes the key is to find the solutions that fit best for them personally.

Your way is in the center, and a solution can only be found, if you have a clear goal in mind. In order to be able to participate actively in the process, it is important that you understand the goal, the changes and the associated relationships.
My role as a Coach. is to inspire you through specific questions to discover new ways of thinking and expand your own perspective.

It is important for you to be aware that coaching is not therapy. My boundaries in coaching lie with pathological behavior such as excessive grief, extreme fatigue of life, or advanced addictive behavior, in which case I would recommend seeking a psychologist or psychotherapist.
My three roles as a Corporate Mentor
In my role as Company Mentor I support you in three different functions. Let me briefly explain what these roles are and what you can expect from me:
Coach.
First and foremost, I am here as your Coach. During our guidance, I lead you through the conversation with targeted questions, keep an eye on the process, and ensure that we adhere to the timeframe.
Expert and Advisor.
Thanks to my extensive life and professional experience, I can also act as an Expert and Advisor. If desired, I provide competent and empathetic support on various topics and am happy to offer advice and tips. In this role, I draw from my expertise and provide practical support.
Trainer
Additionally, I act as a Trainer, when it comes to explaining a method, process, or specific task in an understandable and clear manner. I use simple language to convey the content to you as effectively as possible and impart the necessary skills and knowledge.
